Return Policy
We understand that not every purchase will work out and returns are sometimes needed!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit, exchange, or full refund up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
We partnered with RE:DO to provide easy, hassle-free returns. To initiate a return please head to our return portal. See details below on our partnership with RE:DO.
Return policy details:
- Items eligible for return must be within 14 days of from the date you purchased the order. Returns must meet the following requirements to be eligible for store credit, exchange or full refund:
- All items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
- Any items that appear to be worn, have stains (from makeup, deodorant, or wear), any odors (cigarette smoke, deodorant, perfume, pet, etc), will be seen as unsellable and will not qualify for return.
- The following product categories are final sale unless otherwise noted on the product description: Jewelry, accessories, self care, gift cards, and any item utilizing a discount of 25% or more.
- All final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Reporting damaged items:
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item and damages must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Photos of the damaged item are required during the return process. Please indicate a damage item report via our return portal.
About our partnership with RE:DO
RE:DO is a third party returns portal that works with us to create a seamless, hassle-free returns process. You will have the option to add a one time charge of $1.00 to your order. This is a non-refundable charge from RE:DO that provides 'unlimited returns' for your full order at no additional cost. RE:DO will provide as many labels per order as needed for returns, without any additional charge from the $1.00 originally at checkout.
If you purchased the $1.00 hassle-free returns for store credit + exchange at the original time of checkout, there is no additional cost to return the package. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label after you complete the return request via our returns portal.
RE:DO abides by our return policy stated above. You will not see a RE:DO offering on products that are not eligible for return and therefore will not receive shipping labels for products that are non-refundable.
If you didn't checkout with RE:DO at time of purchase, you will still go through our returns process via the portal and will have the option to purchase a shipping label with discounted shipping rates.
